Orders and Shipping

It takes us about 2-3 business days to process an order. Once an order has been shipped, typical transit times for order within the US is 5-7 business days. Please contact support@copperpearl.com for more information about international orders.

Yes. We ship to Australia, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, and United States. 

Sometimes USPS and other carriers mark the orders as delivered, even though they haven’t really been, and then they show up a few days later. This could be the case with yours. We suggest you contact your local PO to ensure that they did deliver it and to the correct address. Also check with your neighbors to see if one of them accidentally got it. If you still don’t have it after a few days, please email support@copperpearl.com.

For best results, we suggest washing in cold water and laying flat to dry.

We try and restock things about every 4-6 weeks. You can sign up on any products page to be notified once it is. You could also see if it is in stock on Amazon or if a local retailer has it in stock by using the store locator link at the bottom of our website.
